"Hunter x Hunter" is still on hiatus. It's already 2017 but the creator of the hit manga series, Yoshihiro Togashi, has not confirmed the development of its impending Chapter 361 yet. For this reason, it seems that the number of fans is slowly reducing while the remaining ones are hopeful for the manga artist to release new chapters this year.
Optimistic manga enthusiasts apparently believe that a couple of "Hunter x Hunter" chapters will be published in the current year, Christian Post reported. However, there are those who purportedly lost hope on Togashi after waiting months for his return. The manga artist also remains silent about his plans for the series, which may have caused fans to lose faith on their favorite manga.
As per a report by Comicbook, fans of "Hunter x Hunter" is slowly dropping especially after reports claimed that Togashi was present in a manga creator gathering in Japan last year. However, he did not take the opportunity to give fans some updates about the highly awaited Chapter 361 of Hunter X Hunter. That said, fans are apparently becoming discontented with the lack of news and confirmation about the series.
In addition, the return date of the series is still unknown as of this posting. Following a very long hiatus, it remains to be seen whether or not Togashi will still take over his job on the manga. Speculations, however, say that even if the original creator doesn't come back, "Hunter x Hunter" might still continue in the hands of many other manga artists.
"Hunter x Hunter" Chapter 361 has been delayed since 2016 due to a medical condition that affected Togashi's lower back. His illness hindered him from continuing the manga series. Check out an old clip to relive the fun and excitement of following Gon's adventure with Kurapika and their friends.
