"Pokemon Go" has invaded the gaming world like no other - even to a point where non-gamers where drawn to its appeal. New game "Pokemon Duel," however, might not be a huge hit as compared with its very successful predecesor.

What is too much for iOS and Android players about "Pokemon Duel" is not the board setting. Reports claim that one of the game's biggest letdown is the 20-minute tutorial video that tried to explain everything about the game in a compressed time. Players did not enjoy the information overload.

At any rate, "Pokemon Duel" has tried to make the game engaging and elaborate. However, players know that the only vital move they have to do is push their Pokemon to overlap an opponents goal. Try to intercept whatever plans your opponent has in mind and you win the game.

Fortunately, "Pokemon Duel" created something fresh out of the original Niantic game "Pokemon Go." GameSpot provided a nice strategy that players can use early on, but players should note that it contains SPOILERS.

A nice "Pokemon Duel" strategy is to deploy Bulbasaur early on to poison your opponents move. The effect of this strategy is weakening the opponent's attacks, according to Recombu. Next is to field in Shuppet because he can traverse into figures unchecked. The rest is walk in the park gameplay that only requires "Pokemon Duel" players to stay long in the game to win.

This "Pokemon Duel" strategy is beneficial in a way that players don't need Benjamins to purchase more powerful Pokemons. Who would have thought that Bulbasaur and Shuppet holds the key to upper hand position right from game's start?

Here is another spoiler: a purportedly weak Charmander can beat the more powerful (lot more powerful) Mewtwo. Taunting a weak Charmander attack is usually replied by Mewtwo to spun a miss. Make Charmander attack with full force on the next move an "Pokemon Duel" is yours.
