A new week in "Destiny" means new content, thanks to Bungie's weekly reset. As of January 24 this year, "Destiny: Rise of Iron" gets a new Nightfall strike plus modifiers, Tyra Karn awaits guardians looking to earn all eight Iron Lord artifacts, and the Wrath of the Machine rises as the new raid challenge. The Iron Banner event may have ended, but fans still have plenty to look forward to.

Weekly Nightfall: Blighted Chalice. Originally introduced in Destiny's springtime mini-expansion last year, the Blighted Chalice inside of the Hellmouth of the Moon is this week's Nightfall Strike. According to Game Rant, players will face off against Malok, Pride of Oryx, and waves of Hive and Taken armies.

Aside from defeating Malok in the Shrine of Oryx, guardians have five new modifiers to contend with this week: Epic, Void Burn, Grounded, Juggler, and Catapult. Guardians will have to watch out for Grounded and Juggler, especially, as one increases the damage done to airborne players and the other removes ammo drops for the weapon currently equipped. Artifacts of the Iron Lords. The Iron Temple on Felwinter Peak returns for weekly quests and new Iron Bounties. Tyra Karn's "Artifacts of the Iron Lords" quest is once again available for those who have yet to earn all eight of the Iron Lord artifacts. According to Smart Stock News, Destiny players have a chance to earn the Memory of Silimar, Memory of Timur, and Memory of Jolder this week.

Challenge of the Elders and Wrath of the Machine. Guardians can get Sterling Treasure and Prison of Elders specific gear by speaking with Variks in the Reef. The modifiers for this week are Small Arms, Grounded, and bonus points for Grenade Kills.

Meanwhile, Vosik is the host of this week's raid challenge. Wrath of the Machine goes live with this weekly reset, forcing "Destiny: Rise of Iron" players to tackle Vosik with some new constraints.
