An Internet celebrity and illustrious console modder created a portable version of Microsofts' latest Xbox One S console. The portable console was aptly called the "Xbox One S laptop" as it the new device resembled a laptop.
Ben Heck created the Xbox One S laptop from the innards and pieces of an Xbox One S console by installing additional hardware and reassembling some components to make the concept of a fully operational portable Xbox One S. The Xbox One S laptop performs like Microsoft's latest console, the Xbox One S. Although, it still needs to be plugged in to a power source, the device still definitely a highly portable version of the console.
According to Neowin, in order for Heck to slim down the Xbox One S laptop even further, he took the core components of the console and spread them out. He also had to take out some of the consoles original parts like the big cooling fan for something more compact to maintain the dimension.
Recently this month, the portable console debuted on Heck's YouTube channel. On his YouTube video show, the Element14, Heck provided some details on how to turn the console into an Xbox One S laptop.
This portable Xbox One S, or Xbox One S laptop, is not for sale as of the moment. However, confident techy users may recreate the device using Heck's how-to guide on his YouTube channel.
