"Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 is returning soon and there are many speculations about what will happen next to the characters. As suggested in the spoilers, the thirteenth installment of the series will mostly focus on Jo Wilson. Her love life will be at the center of it all, and it yet to see with whom she will end up with.

Andrew and Jo

In "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13, Andrew may finally get to confess his feelings to Jo. He has a big crush on her and this is probably the right time to do it since Alex may end up in jail. He had kept a good distance from Jo but with Alex out of the picture, he may approach her soon.

It can be recalled that Alex beat up Andrew after he saw him in an embrace with Jo. Alex lost his temper but unknown to him, Jo was only confiding her problems to Andrew when he saw them.

Alex and Jo

In the previous season, Jo had a serious talk with Alex and admitted that she is married. She told him that he does not want to seek divorce from her abusive husband because she fears that he would find her.

Alex learned that Jo's husband made her a punching bag that is why she ran away from home and settled in Seattle. Jo also revealed that she is not using her real name. With her revelations, Alex moved to drop her as a witness to his assault case and just accepted the 2-year jail sentence.

"Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 will reveal whether Alex will really be jailed since the winter finale ended before he was actually put in prison. In any case, with the love triangle, what does Camilla Luddington, the actress playing as Jo, thinks about it?

TV Guide got the chance to talk with Luddington during the Television Critics Association previews. What she said during the short interview seems to hint on what will happen to Jo's love life.

According to Luddington, she actually like the idea of Alex and Jo together because "Jo kind of has this optimistic moment with Alex and I think that there's this hope at the end of it," she said. "He reacted in such an understanding way that maybe there's a possibility there for a future."

Then again, Luddington noted that although she wants them to end up together, Jo and Alex's relationship is kind of chaotic so she admits that it may not happen. But of course, there is hope since a twist may be added to the plot of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13, any time.

"Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 has been set to premiere on Jan. 26 on ABC Network. In the meantime, watch the official sneak peak of Episode 1 below.
