Dan Conti, a developer who is working on the hotly anticipated title, Grand Theft Auto 5, has stated that the game will be worth the wait on his Twitter account recently. He made this grand comment in response to a Twitter follower's question about the game.

"Oh it will be worth it, even it was a 5 year wait it would still be worth the wait," said Dan Conti. He later added, "Don't worry, it won't be another 5 years."

Grand Theft Auto 5 is one of the most anticipated video games coming out in 2013 for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. The game, which was first revealed back in November of 2011, is highly expected to be the best in the franchise, and possibly the top selling game of 2013 if the hype turns out to be realty.

We can't remember in recent years a GTA game that falls short of what was expected of it, so we put our full trust into Dan Conti and Rockstar to deliver a GTA game that will surpass our expectations a million times over. Exaggeration? We think not. This game has been in development for God-knows-how-long, enough time for Rockstar to figure out what gamers want to see in GTA 5.

One thing is certain; if online Multiplayer is not added to GTA 5, fans around the world are going to be in a frenzy, calling for head of whoever runs Rockstar, and we'll be here to egg them on.

While not the best in the franchise, Grand Theft Auto 4 is the top selling GTA game ever, GTA 5 has its work cut out if it should ever take the crown and become the new king of the hill.
