Samsung Galaxy A series has been revealed and while it is quite a downer from their usual set of smartphones, the series brings a lot of promise. Without talking a lot and scheduling meetings here and there, Samsung downplayed their appearance at the CES 2017 this year. But what is there to be shy about when they have an impressive offering. The company is definitely put on a challenge to recover from the mess of recalls last year.

Samsung Galaxy A then made its appearance at the CES 2017 and everyone was happy with what they saw - the Galaxy A3, A5 and A7 series are midrange handsets but they are absolutely beautiful. The design language takes some from the Galaxy S7 and the catch is these are much cheaper devices.

Samsung Galaxy A3 Specs, Features: 4.7-inch Smartphone with curved edges; design is similar to the Galaxy S7 with midrange, respectable specs. It has 13-MP and 8-MP cameras with 2GB RAM and 16GB MicroSD card slot storage. It runs in an octa-core 1.6 GHz Cortex-A53 processor with 2,350 mAh battery. The good in this phone is its lit 720p screen. Portable and fast, A3 is a joy to hold.

Samsung Galaxy A5 Specs, Features: A little bigger and better than the A3 with 5.2-inch size and 1080p screen. The A5 has dual 16-MP cameras with 1.9GHz processor. The phone can store 3 GB RAM and 22GB storage with 3,000mAh battery. Bright, colorful screen and smooth with rounded body that does not look cheap. Samsung Galaxy A7, which is just a bigger version of A5 is 5.5-inch in size.

Looks like the LG K Series will have some serious competition with Samsung leading in design. Removable batteries, however, remain to be LG's advantage. Samsung, on the other hand, made midrange phones a little classier with unibody sealed-in batteries. However, Samsung will probably release the product outside the US.
