"Blindspot" Season 2 spoilers are hinting on the romantic future between Reade and Tasha. As seen in the previous episodes of the NBC series, Reade suddenly kissed Tasha, but the latter did not exactly welcome the gesture.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, series creator Martin Gero explained that this will make things awkward between Tasha and Reade. According to Gero, the kiss that took place between them was something that was not done with the purest of intentions.

Gero shared that Reade was going through a difficult time in his life and thought that he needed someone to keep him grounded. Gero, however, shared that in the upcoming episodes of "Blindspot" Season 2, Reade and Tasha will be working through their relationship.

Gero explained in a separate interview with TVGuide.com that Reade and Tasha "love each other deeply," however, he is unsure whether they are "in love with each other." Gero described Reade's actions as overstepping his boundaries.

The showrunner also explained the significance of Jane's new tattoos in "Blindspot" Season 2. According to Gero, this will be addressed sooner than what most viewers were expecting.

Gero teased that the explanation behind Jane's new tattoos will also have a connection to Roman's storyline in "Blindspot" Season 2. Gero also teased that the tattoo may be connected to Sandstorm's sudden change of mind.

"Blindspot" Season 2 airs every Wednesday on NBC.
