January marks the celebration of RE fans all over the world as Capcom releases "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" on January 24, 2017 for the PlayStation 4 VR. But before that, gamers will experience a real-world scenario that will be held in London, England prior to the game's release.
Game Rant reports that the "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" Experience will come to London for a final scare before the actual game release on January 24. The experience will last four days in London, running from January 20 to January 23 with free admission, but tickets will be offered up to 28 pairs per day only with a first-come, first-serve basis.
The event will tackle a real-world replica of the Baker family barnyard that participants will be tasked to explore and solve puzzles along the way, following the footsteps of the protagonist in the actual game. The real-world experience will only last up to 45 minutes in solving, exploring and navigating into the world of the game.
London locals who are interested in attending the "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" Experience should arrive at 11:30 AM local time at Dray Walk Gallery. The event will also be running until the night the game title is release, but other territories will likely receive their own experience of the game title.
Meanwhile, Capcom also has a promotional item for Japan's Biohazard Ambassador Program events that includes a $180 GameStop-exclusive collector's item. However, the said souvenir has been lashed out by fans as the game's dummy finger in-game model has similarities with male's genitalia.
In a report by Kotaku, the promotional item for "Resident Evil: Biohazard: received negative feedbacks. The report described it like a burnt hotdog that's been left out in the rain overnight after a weekend barbecue. In a Twitter post by one of the fans, the collector's edition item is summed up to what others can really see it as it really is.
