"Game of Thrones" Season 7 will reportedly be improved to a grander and better one. The series will have fewer but more action-packed episodes.
"Game of Thrones" Season 7 is gearing up to be bigger and better than ever. The series is heading to its conclusion -- and it seems that Daniel Weiss and David Benioff are bent on infusing more outstanding spectacles in every episode. The showrunners are reportedly going out in style and taking more time making the final installments of the series.
Thrones star Iain Glen, who portrays Ser Jorah Mormont in the larger-than-life series, told RadioTimes that the production team is toiling as much on the upcoming batch of seven episodes as they would usually on ten to make them just perfect. He added that the team is taking the length of time it takes to shoot just seven this year and six next year. There are approximately fifteen more hours left in "Game of Thrones" Season 7 as we understand it. While that may change, that is as far as we know, he hinted.
Furthermore, the actor added that the scale and size of the set pieces and the world that is being created are just getting more and more extraordinary. The filming of 2017's seven-part series will conclude in mid-February.
Previously, the showrunners revealed that final episodes will comprise between 13 and 15 episodes; now it looks as though it is more of 15. Benioff said that the series is plunging towards the season's end with Daenerys homecoming to Westeros, Jon Snow as king of the North and Cersei sitting on the Iron Throne --and the Night King waiting for all of them.
With each character's endgame now in the run, in only little more months we will start to see which pieces fall as each group inches closer to the Iron Throne. "Game of Thrones" Season 7 will air this summer, says Wccftech. Meanwhile, here's a teaser trailer.
