The first half of "The Flash: Season 3" closed in December 2016 and left the audience with more questions and a perplexing view of the future. Here is a rundown of what might take place in the second half of the season.

Reportedly, fans will witness another crossover with Supergirl. This time, it will be a musical crossover that will feature the singing talents of stars Grant Gustin and Melissa Benoist. Both of them actually were with "Glee" prior to their superhero careers. The first half of the season, specifically the Invasion crossover, presented that The Flash needs to institute firm rules for his time travel activities. His tinkering of the past has yielded several disastrous results he has now seen happening.

A Potential Love Story For Cisco

Cisco for a while was not seen to have some semblance of a personal life; and with the way the situation is going, it seems that he really needs one. Cisco is still reeling from the death of Dante and the revelation that, somehow, it was Barry's fault that his brother died.

Feeling lost and vulnerable, his fortune appears to take a turn in the first half with the arrival of Gypsy. She is a character who teamed up with Vibe, Vixen and a handful of other heroes on the 80s' notorious Justice League Detroit. Gypsy is expected to go to Central City soon and there might be a standard romance or just a very close friendly relationship brewing with Cisco, according to Comic Book.

New Costumes

It looks like Vibe and Killer Frost will get costumes. In addition, Cisco will also have his own costume based on the photos taken during the shoot. Vibe will have a red, black and yellow leather suit.

More Jay Garrick

The storyline is also going to have more Jay Garrick soon. The great surprise for fans would be seeing how the relationship between Jay and Barry grows, as the former matures into more of a mentor for Barry and less of the hostile character he has been so far. In the comics, however, Jay and Barry had many great adventures together, which happened both in the pre-Crisis era when they needed to travel the multiverse and in the post-Crisis era when Jay was just an older guy, says Screenrant. Let us wait and see how the adaptation lays it all in the coming episodes of "The Flash: Season 3."
