""Injustice 2" is undoubtedly one of the most anitcipated game sequels to arrive in 2017 from hit game developer NetherRealm Studios. Three years after the first title's release back in 2013, the makers for the game confirmed the second entry to the series in development for Xbox One, PS4 consoles and mobile devices.
Following several trailer clips released last year for "Injustice 2", NetherRealm did whet the appetite of fans to watch out for the new brawler title. They feasted their eyes with intense and hi-packed battle between DC superheroes and villains.
However, ardent gamers of the franchise also took notice of some flaws seen in the first footage, showing a glimpse at Supergirl and Wonder Woman. They cited how they didn't like the look of the two super heroines, saying the characters' models look "weird".
Fans also saw gawky facial appearance of the characters who don't have masks. They also raised their complaints regarding the looks Aquaman and Superman.
Apparently, the developer were paying attention to the fans' feedback. A few months after, it launched a new teaser video, debuting Supergirl's awesome transformation, fans even thought of her as an entirely new character.
Game aficionado Maximillian Dood further shared this improvement on his YouTube channel. In the video, he pointed out how the game developer's marketing efforts halted for quite some time before the new gameplay video surfaced online.
As per The BitBag, Dood discussed the major overhaul on the graphics seen in the new trailer contrary to the first one when the upcoming title was initially revealed. He pointed out that the team could have created an entire new models for the superhero characters but another possibility is the change in lightings.
Whichever way, it looks certain that there is a sheer enhancement on the models of Super Girl as well as Wonder Woman. Players can now anticipate a greatly improved visual of the game characters. By now, the developer could already have ironed out some few more kinks prior to the official launch of "ïnjustice 2".
Meanwhile, players are still waiting for NetherRealm Studios to launch a full-length gameplay trailer that could reveal other DC superheroes and villains who will make it to the final cut of "Ïnjustice 2" playable roster. Rumors are rife that Red Hood, Spawn and even John Constantine might be added in the "God Amongst Us" sequel.
"Injustice 2" is currently underway for release pegged this early 2017. At the time of this writing, no exact launched date has been revealed as of yet.
