2017 Mid-Season Premiere for various TV shows will start this January. Actually, there have been a couple of interesting shows which have premiered already. The line-up is intense and exciting as ever as fresh episodes and new offerings will be launched this January 2017.

On the first day of January, Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman comes back as Holmes and Watson in the first three episodes of "Sherlock." "The Mick" and "Worst Cooks in America" also returns 8 PM at Fox and 9 PM at the Food Network.

Today, "The New Celebrity Apprentice" top billed by boss Arnold Schwarzenegger picks his newest apprentice in a roster of celebrities with the likes of Chael Sonnen, Boy George, Laila Ali, Vince Neil and Jon Lovitz. "The Bachelor" also premieres today 8 PM at ABC with familiar face Nick Viall as the most sought after man trying to find love in the show. "The Wall" premieres January 2nd at 10 PM but will be moving back to Tuesdays and Netflix's "Shadowhunters" returns for Season 2.

"Bones" and "The Haves and the Have Nots" will be back on January 3rd with "Bones" returning for its twelfth and final season. Nutty game show "Match Game," comedy "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" and "Man Seeking Woman" returns in a back-to-back ensemble at FXX.

"Nashville" comes back on January 5th at CMT, along with "Portlandia," "Truth and Lies: The Menendez Brothers - American Sons, American Murderers" and "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee."

"Grimm" starts its sixth and final season on January 6th in NBC while "Emerald City," "Sleepy Hollow" and "One Day at a Time" comes back the same day. "Sleepy Hollow" premieres 9 PM at Fox while the latter can be streamed on Netflix. The annual showbiz party, 2017 Golden Globe Awards will be hosted by Jimmy Fallon this year and it will be shown at NBC, 5PM on January 8th.

"Being Mary Jane" and "Taboo" will be back for a new season come January 10th. "Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce" will be back at Bravo for its third season on January 11th alongside comedy "Full Frontal with Samantha Bee" on Wednesday at TBS. Josh Holloway's "Colony" returns for its second season on January 12th. "A Series of Unfortunate Events" will be back in Netflix for another episode on January 13 while "Sneaky Pete" can be streamed the same day on Amazon.

On January 15, Jenna Coleman of "Doctor Who" plays Queen Victoria in a new show, "Victoria." Spy thriller "Homeland" returns for its sixth season in Showtime the same day. "The Young Pope" comes back in HBO as well at 9 PM. "Six" is a new military drama that will premiere in History on January 18th.

2017 Mid-Season TV Premiere Must-watch: An explosive Shonda Rhymes day for fans of "Scandal" and "How to Get Away with Murder" will be having their mid-season premiere on ABC, back-to-back from 9 PM for January 19th. Twin brothers played by Zach Galifianakis comes back for second season in "Baskets" the same day.

Other shows such as "Real Time with Bill Maher," "Frontier", "Beaches", "Mercy Street", "Massacre in Hell's Canyon", "The Magicians", "The Path", "Riverdale", "The New Edition Story", "Black Sails", "The Fosters" and "Planet Earth II" will all be released at the last week of January. "Outsiders" will come back for its second season on January 24th while "Suits" will be back on January 25th. "Switched at Birth" will return for its final season on Freeform on January 31st.
