The Microsoft Surface Pro 5 will sport a UHD 4K display and the device will come with a magnetic charging stylus. It could be powered by an Intel Kaby Lake processor. The device is said to cost $899 depending on the configuration and accessories one selects. The Surface Pro 5 is expected to be released in the first quarter of 2017. There are rumors that the device will have a 512GB along with SSD, USB Type-C and Thunderbolt 3 support.

The Dell XPS laptops are considered one of the finest laptops of all time. With the Dell XPS 13 2-in-1, the company has offered a 360-degree hinged convertible with an almost bezel-less display. A report by DigiTimes has hinted at a March 2017 release for the Surface Pro 5. Thus, if a user does not desperately need to buy a laptop now, it is perhaps advisable to wait a few more months. The Surface Pro 5 is expected to cost around $899. Hence, there's a cost advantage too.
