The tech giant has recently rolled out the Reliance Lyf Water 3 smartphone along with the Wind 7S smartphones. Both the smartphones come with free Jio service, which include free unlimited data and voice calls. The handsets can be purchased either from Reliance's own store or Flipkart exclusively. The offer is valid until March 31, next year.

Lyf Smartphones were first introduced in India this year as a part of Reliance Retail's brand of smartphones. The phones are divided into four sub-brands, including Earth, Water, Flame, and Wind. All of these smartphones are currently being offered with Jio services. The Lyf phones themselves have preloaded Jio apps and offer free unlimited data and voice calls till March 2017.

The Reliance LYF Water 3 has a 5.5" IPS LCD HD display with 267 PPI pixel density. The screen provides support for 1280 x 720 resolution. The Smartphone is powered by a 1.5 GHz Qualcomm MSM8939 octa-core processor paired with Adreno A405 3D GPU. The smartphone features 2GB of RAM and comes with a built-in internal storage of 16 GB. The memory can further be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.

Unlike its pre-decessors, the Reliance LYF Water 3 smartphone has some amazing Photography specs. The phone features a 13 MP rear camera, which also comes with a flash. The rear camera is a 5-MP front snapper and is not that bad for taking selfies. A 3,000mAh battery powers the smartphone for more than 6 hours. The smartphone lags behind other phones on the software front. The handset runs the Android 5.0 Lollipop OS version that is quite old in comparison with the latest android Nougat.

The Reliance LYF Water 3 provides a dual SIM support for both 4G and 2G network connections. Other communication features comprise of Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 4G VoLTE support, GPS and Bluetooth v4.1. The Smartphone also comes with a variety of Sensors such as a Compass Magnetometer, Accelerometer, Proximity sensor and Ambient light sensor.

Reliance Lyf Water 3 and Wind 7S are budget Smartphone and can be purchased for just $ 96.89 (Rs 6,599) and $83.68 (Rs 5,699) respectively.
