Creating the world and adjusting some factors such as temperature, height, sunlight, and changing biomes are ways to develop the world in "Birthdays The Beginning" by NIS America, Toy Box Inc., and Arc System Works.
The game will be released for the PC and PlayStation 4 consoles on May 9 in North America and May 12 in Europe, while the earlier access goes to the origin itself----Japan, where the release date is on January 19. Now, Arc System Works revealed a time lapse video that lasts up to 15 minutes and shows how the game flows, which is also featured in Gematsu.
Starting the world and making it flourish in "Birthdays The Beginning" is a tough job because players have to keep an eye on the developments. Newly grown species or life forms must be examined and captured to obtain information from it. While doing so, players will gain experience to level up. In addition, items can be obtained while doing these tasks in a form of a white ball of light.
The video reveals that by elevating some parts of the land and adding bodies of water, it opens new opportunities. Organisms start to evolve from simple algae, into something advanced such as plants and trees. The video and gameplay further advance through time with changing factors such as the temperature, dinosaurs, fishes, wolves, and larger creatures appear. These include the evolution of existing organisms in the created environment.
Planktons evolve into corals or seaweeds under the sea. Evolution is a way of life and "Birthdays The Beginning" is the perfect incorporation of it. Other factors rather than temperature and sunlight, there comes water percentage and land percentage, which also play a role in the game. As things evolve, the land area starts to get covered by grass. Again, this leads to another evolution of grasses and greens into trees and flowers, which are needed for other creatures to live. Experimentation is truly magnificent as players watch their world flourish.
