Amidst the continuous boom and popularity of Google products, the new Pixel smartphone has been the highlight of the company's products this year. However, there were reports coming from the Pixel owners themselves, that Pixel has lots of issues.

According to BGR, there were reports from Google's Pixel consumers that they have experienced some issues. These issues were related to its software and a sudden device freezing issue for no apparent reason.

"I'm experiencing the same problem. My Pixel XL 128 GB becomes unresponsive randomly. Doesn't only happen while using a particular app or while doing a particular task. It's just random. Either I have to wait few minutes until the screen goes to the lock screen or force a reboot by holding down the power button. Please help guys!!!"

This was a feedback form one of the Pixel owners this 2016. According to Android Police, Google has been trying to market the new Pixel and Pixel XL phones as premium devices, and a big factor of that in order to achieve this is having the best software experience.

However, the complaints from the Pixel owners have great commonalities which can conclude that Pixel has a problem in its production. Complete freeze of its interface for several minutes has been the common issue among Pixel owners.

Meanwhile, the support team of Google has already known this situation. They have also replied in the forum thread where the Pixels owners have stated their experiences in the smartphone's performance. Also, it was mentioned in some reports that the performance issues of Pixel were due to a third-party app called Life 360's Family Locator. Once Pixel users will disable the location services, there are instances that the handset will freeze for some seconds or even a minute.

Overall, issues on smartphones which are already available to consumers should be resolved right away. Make sure to be wise this holiday shopping!
