iPhone 7 was the most awaited device of the year, making its debut last Sep. 7, 2016. It is slightly larger than its predecessors and have more advanced features.

The iPhone 7 enhanced the most fundamental aspects of iPhone experience. It brings advanced camera systems, the best completion and battery life in an iPhone and is also splash and water resistant. An entirely new camera that enters the iPhone scenario, packed with 12 megapixel and optical image stabilization, has a Quad-LED True Tone Flash and 7 megapixel FaceTime HD resolution.

Some users reported a problem which can only be settled by replacing a handset. It seems that the Apple device has its own hardware problems.

"When I opened up the camera app it appears to be a black image preview, I can get an image however it's either tinted green or purple and was once accompanied by a screen saying Emergency iPhone needs to cool down even if the handset wasn't even slightly warm," said Redditor Teryakiwok.

Other iPhone 7 users have been experiencing the same issue; which is that some of them had their phones refunded by Apple due to a hardware problem. While other users had their iPhones corrected and repaired by "Genius Bar" with an installation of a new camera module. It shows that Apple is secretly claiming the issue, but no public verification has been released by the company.

It is definitely worth to go to the Genius Bar as soon as possible if the stated problems with the iPhone 7 are appears to be a legitimate issue. A replacement would be a better idea for the solution because it looks like this is a problem that can't be fixed without knowledge of iPhone hardware.
