As the "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" Road To Boruto DLC release date approaches, more details about the expansion pack has been revealed. Fans will definitely have an exciting year up ahead as the DLC will feature new costumes for two of its characters, as well as new adventures for Boruto and his team as the set out to save Naruto.

When the Road to Boruto DLC release date arrives by February 2017, gamers will have the option to equip new costumes for two "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" playable characters. It has been confirmed that players can use an adult Gaara or adult Sakura, aside from their younger versions.

The inclusion of an adult Sakura as well as an adult Gaara was confirmed via recently revealed scans of the upcoming expansion pack. However, it is believed that the two are not entirely new characters but are just costume upgrades for their existing younger versions mainly because they possess the same move sets, reports Saiyan Island.

Meanwhile, fans who are hopeful that they may get to play the series' antagonists Momoshiki and Kinshiki would sorely be disappointed. The upcoming "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" DLC will only feature them only as story mode characters.

As far as its story mode is concerned, the upcoming Road to Boruto DLC will introduce plenty of action up ahead. It will feature a Boruto vs Momoshiki story mode battle as well as a battle between Momoshiki against Sasuke teaming up with Gaara.

It was also revealed that the Kages from the other villages will be featured in the story mode as well. What is unclear at the moment is whether or not they will also be getting a costume upgrade like Sakura and Gaara.
