In addition, it's a good idea to rest up first and eat delicious meals to boost up stats before heading on to the hunt. Also, use Noctis and his team's different skills and techniques as much as you can to dissolve stagger and appendages. Magic is also essentially powerful in Final Fantasy XV, so using them in a hunt can be very useful. Also use Ignis' skill where he can find out what the enemy's weakness is. From there, use the weakness to your advantage by using different AOE spells and weapons.
After finishing the hunt, go back to where you triggered the hunt. The team will be rewarded with money, item/s, and stars for their Hunter Rank. Though each hunt gives a suggested character level, you can still continue and activate a Bounty Hunt that is equal or a bit higher than a character's level.
