Blockbuster movies tend to produce a whole line of sequels. One brilliant example is the upcoming Fast & Furious 8, which is dubbed as "The Fate of the Furious".

Although the eighth installment of "The Fast and the Furious" franchise is now officially confirmed to happen, there are still lots of questions on how the story will go this time --- following the death of its former main character, Paul Walker. But while these questions are left unanswered, the birthed instant reactions to its official trailer is worth noting; the new Fast & Furious movie will simply take a completely different turn and do the unbelievable.

The first scene of the trailer shows the whole F&F team (without Bryan and Mia this time) being chased by cars, seemingly on an undercover mission with Hobbs. A heavy steel ball then crashed on the cars chasing them, a part of "Phase 2" of the team's mission. However, a sinister-looking Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) crashed into Hobbs' (Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson) vehicle and just like that, quickly dispersed off the road.

A woman named Cipher (Charlize Theron) was then shown, a lady wearing white pants and suit, and asks Dom why he betrayed his crew. The fans are also asking the same thing --- thinking that maybe he felt different after Paul Walker's (Brian) death, got fed up with all the ups and downs the team is going through, or simply because the luscious aura of Cipher lured him --- making it even more interesting for viewers.

Letty 'Ortiz' Toretto (Michelle Rodriguez) is shown to have the usual fierce demeanor. Ramsey (Nathalie Emmanuel) is also shown to be "officially" a part of the team. In other news, Helen Mirren might appear in the sequel as Cipher's mother --- who remains to be seen as an ally or a foe.

There's also the comedic undertone beneath the macho and testosterone-powered dialogue between Tej (Ludacris) and Roman (Tyrese Gibson), which probably made viewers crack up as usual and deemed as a secret weapon to balance out the franchise's themes.

Moreover, there's Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham) being enlisted for help in bringing back Dom and Mr. Nobody (Kurt Russel) taking over the operation "Bring Back Dom" --- giving off yet another plot line to look out for in the movie, as what they have brought to "Furious 7". Russell is seen to set up the best part of the trailer as well --- a rematch between an imprisoned? Hobbs and Shaw inside the jailhouse, according to 12 NEWS.

There has been always a balance between the casts' female and male influences. Every artist simply gets a chance to portray their character and earn lots of profits for the movie itself; thus, the Furious 7 earning $350 million domestically. That's about $112 million more than the "Fast and Furious 6", by the way.

Dom's "breaking bad" storyline can only give some extra interest to the upcoming movie; however, it will just be an added flavor --- the audience's main interest will still go for the franchise's fight scenes, car chases, and crucial action entertainment.
