The Apple iPad Pro 2 is just one of the products that were expected to be released in September, however it just didn't happen. Now fans are wondering if when would be the anticipated tablet will come out.

Latest reports suggested that the much-awaited device is likely to be launched in three variations.

Rumors are rife that aside from the 12.9-inch and 9.7inch Pro 2 tablet, 10.5-inch model will also be announced. But, according to Know Your Mobile, well-known analyst Ming-chi Kuo has only stated 12.9inch and 10.5inch variant which might mean that the 10.5inch model will replace the existing 9.7inch iPad Pro.

Moreover, it is expected to be powered by the Apple's newest processor, the A10X chipset produced by TSMC which is greater than its predecessor. The new processor might increase the device's performance by 20 percent contrary to the other iPad Pro devices. However, the one tablet which is considered the smallest is speculated to run on the previous A9X chipset.

In addition, it is reported to consist four speakers, True Tone display that would help the device's screen to automatically adjust the color temperature depending on its environment and a more improved Apple Pencil. It might also feature a water and dust resistance and 3.5mm headphone jack.

The tablet device is also said to pack a new battery technology that will last up to 10 hours and is said to feature 3D Touch functionality together with a Smart Connector.

It is also speculated to sport a 5k display with 5120 x 2880 resolution and might include an internal GPU that helps boost low-powered Macs to achieve the possible display property.

Furthermore, the Apple device is anticipated to have a 12-megapixel rear and 5-megapxiel front camera.

Previously, KGI Securities analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo has projected that the iPad pro 2 is the Apple's finest and the greatest hardware product this year or in 2017, The Guardian reported.

Apple is yet to give clear updates regarding the release date of their iPad Pro 2, however, some reports suggest that it's going to be launched early 2017.
