A sequel to Yeon Sang-Ho's blockbuster movie "Train To Busan" is said to be in the works. Speculations are rife that the supposed sequel movie will focus more on the zombies.

Talks about the possible "Train To Busan" sequel started after South Korean actor Gong Yoo took to Twitter on Sept. 12, Monday, stating that there could be a sequel to the hit zombie apocalypse thriller film.

While nothing is officially set in stone yet, the 37-year-old actor somehow teases possible plot points in the potential "Train To Busan 2." In an interview with Sports Chosun, according to Soompi, Gong Yoo admitted he already expressed his interest to star in "Train To Busan 2."

"I talked about this with Director Yeon Sang Ho, and I said that I thought my character Seok Woo might be living somewhere as a zombie," Gong Yoo revealed.

He added: "But Director Yeon said that when Seok Woo fell off the train, he broke his neck and died. But I suppose since Ma Dong Seok's character is living on as a zombie, they could do a sequel from his character's perspective."

With this, plot theories of "Train To Busan 2" suggests that Seok Woo's daughter, Soo-An, will now grow up in the unconfirmed sequel and that she will help in developing a cure for the zombie infection, according to Morning News USA. Soon, she will presumably search for her father and give him the said zombie cure.

"How bout kid gets older and develops a cure for the zombies and then she finds her dad who didn't age and the cure will work," the said fan surmised about the highly-anticipated "Train To Busan 2."
