The "Pokémon" series' favorite protagonist Ash and his buddy Pikachu might be visiting the Alola regions earlier than people getting the "Pokémon Sun and Moon" game itself. Will this be through the anime or will Ash and the rest of the gang be an NPC in-game as well?
In a recent tweet from @REMURINLOVE13, a scan indicating Ash, Pikachu, and a number of familiar faces from the "Pokémon" anime series will be dropping by at the Alolan regions.
The tweet above translates to "Ash and friends finally admitted to the school w." There's no confirmation however if this would only be happening on the on-going anime or if Ash and the gang will be added in the game as NPCs as well.
In the video above, the short trailer shows Ash appearing in Alola and can also be seen wearing a Z-Ring along with Pikachu dancing.
A couple of reports also indicated that Ash will be using the new Z-moves in battling other trainers and pokémon in the episodes. Every pokémon are allowed to hold onto a z-stone in order to power up their standard moves.
This has been demonstrated in Snorlax's Z-move attack called "Pulverizing Pancake" as shown on the short clip below:
There are also some rumors and speculation of the game "Pokémon Sun and Moon" getting a manga adaptation on top of the anime series tie-in, though there's no scans nor clues to when this will start surfacing.
"Pokémon Sun and Moon" is scheduled to be released this coming November 18. Be sure to stay tuned for news and updates.
