"Steven Universe" fans already know that Onion, a very quiet kid who chooses not to speak to anyone except for his parents, is hiding secret friends. Now, Onion secret is set to be revealed in the upcoming explosive episode.

The sixth episode of "Steven Universe" season 4 dubbed "Last One Out of Beach City" started with Steven and Pearl working on a puzzle together in the Temple. Amethyst, who was also in the room, was shape-shifted into a ball - enthusiastically ricocheting herself.

When Pearl questioned Amethyst behavior, the latter revealed her anticipation for a rock concert that she will go with Greg. However, the latter informed Amethyst that he cannot come because Barb requested to play cards with her and Vidalia.

With this, Pearl, Steven, and Amethyst attended the rock concert together. While the two are initially skeptical of her, Amethyst chose to show them her "bad" side throughout the night, while trying to impress a woman who seemed to be like Rose.

Now, the next episode of "Steven Universe" season 4 will follow Steven finding out about Onion's secret friends, The Bitbag reported. It is said Steven, Pearl and Amethyst will undoubtedly be surprised to find out that Onion, who is known to be a very quiet person, has other friends.

It is strongly speculated that Onion's secret friends might be mutant gems that he has been hiding in his basement. Fans on Reddit further speculated that the next episode may reveal Onion as a gang leader.

Adding fuel to the flame, the hit animated series has already established that Onion loves to steal things. Thus, it is believed that the next episode will reveal Onion using Gem Shards that will do all the filthy work for him.

While nothing is impossible, the claims should still be taken with a grain of salt. "Steven Universe" season 4 episode 7, entitled "Onion Gang," is scheduled for release on Sept. 15, Thursday.
