The "FIFA 17" Closed Beta demo is now available for download for those who have signed up for the demo and in-game Barcelona player ratings leaked. Those who received an email regarding the download code can use it now.

For those who have not received the code, it would be wise to check the spam folder as it sometimes gets filtered, depending on several ISPs.

The email should say: "Congratulations on successfully registering for the FIFA 17 Closed Beta. Thank you for taking the time to help make this the best FIFA yet!"

In the same email, a warning is also clearly made in order to prevent testers and players from making any gameplay video footage for public viewing. Not even for still image captures as this will not be allowed.

The code is non-transferable, hence it cannot be passed along to a different person and it is tied to the player's accounts on Live or PSN.

The closed beta runs between August 18 to 28, so for those who have not received it, they just need to be patient as not everybody is entitled and invited to take part in the closed beta testing.

In other news, several tweets indicated that the Barcelona team's ratings were leaked as shown in this image. However, Fox Sports Australia posted their take on the leak and debunked some of the ratings as "Too High" and "Too Low," proving the leak to be somewhat false information.

"FIFA 17" is scheduled to be released this coming September 27 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Windows, Android, and iOS platforms.

Stay tuned for more "FIFA 17" news and updates as we wait for the official release.
