The long wait for Apple fans has been over since iOS 18.3, iPadOS 18.3, and other operating systems have had new beta releases. They will be initially available to devs.
With these, new fixes and improvements are coming to its ecosystem.

iOS 18.3 New Features
As it stands, the full depth of features in iOS 18.3 remains unrevealed, but according to the release notes from Apple, some of the improvements within Apple's AI ecosystem are finally ready for users.
Genmoji, a feature that allows for AI-generated emojis, gets a fix for an issue where personalized images may not generate unless another person is selected first. Meanwhile, the Writing Tools API, widely used by third-party apps, has also gotten a much-needed performance boost through an update.
macOS Sequoia 15.3: Updates for the Desktop Environment
For Mac users, macOS Sequoia 15.3 (build number 24D5034) offers the same round of fixes and improvements that iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3 deliver, but this time with an emphasis on Apple Intelligence features. This change will ensure that all of Apple's AI tools work flawlessly within the ecosystem, whether you are using your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
Improvements for Mac Users
As with the iPhone and iPad, macOS Sequoia 15.3 maintains support for the Image Playground and Genmoji features, which increase the applicability of Apple's AI offerings across various products.
Writing tools are also better integrated into macOS, enhancing their interaction with third-party apps that use these APIs.
tvOS 18.3 and watchOS 11.3: Nips and Tucks
The Cupertino giant also seeded new beta versions for tvOS 18.3 (build 22K5534e), and watchOS 11.3 (build 22S5534d). However, the focus of these updates is somewhat less on new features as it is on improving stability in addition to fixing bugs that arise in the previous versions.
Important Fixes in tvOS 18.3 and watchOS 11.3
More on tvOS and watchOS updates, though; both seem to be more on keeping things stable and good experience. Beta notes aren't highlighting any significant new features, but Apple did make sure known issues from previous versions were addressed. These are tweaks that will help things go smoothly, especially if one is relying on Apple's ecosystem for entertainment or health-tracking features.
visionOS 2.3: AR Updates for Apple Vision Pro
Apple's visionOS 2.3 (build 22N5875e) beta includes new updates for the Apple Vision Pro, adding more AR experiences that can be viewed on the platform. New features are also included that refine the functionality of its features, such as Image Playground, to make the most out of the Vision Pro's capabilities.
Apple continues improving the integration between the Vision Pro and other Apple devices with each new software update.
Important Note to Beta Testers
As with any beta software, Apple cautions users to avoid installing the test versions of these operating systems on their primary devices, since bugs and data loss are always possible.
For those who cannot wait to try out the new features, it's better to use a secondary device or ensure that you have complete backups of all critical data.
When to Expect a More Stable Version?
This will probably be the last significant beta release of 2024, and further updates could come in January. So developers and testers should watch for extra rounds of betas during the coming months.
Make sure to back up your data and test the beta on a secondary device to stay ahead of the curve.
