Genshin Impact fans might be excited to start pre-farming for Chasca, the new five-star Anemo character in Version 5.2. Now that leaks have already revealed information on her abilities and materials needed to fully level up, players can save time by gathering those resources before the new character is officially released.

Here is a holistic guide on how fans can pre-farm for Chasca in Genshin Impact 5.2.

Start Pre-Farming Chasca Ascension Materials

With leaks showing Chasca's unique kit, Genshin Impact players should brace for what's coming, but as early as now, you can already farm her materials. HoYoVerse

Leaks claim several Ascension materials of Chasca are already in Genshin Impact. One primary resource is the Vayuda Turquoise stones, which may be pre-farmed by fighting Anemo-aligned bosses, such as the Anemo Hypostasis and Maguu Kenki. These stones are needed for ascending Chasca; players are advised to stock up on them ahead of her release so that they won't squander their time when leveling her.

There seem to be some additional leaks from Version 5.2, which point to a new world boss: Tenebrous Papilla: Type I. The NPC is said to have dropped Ensnaring Gaze, one of Chasca's critical Ascension materials. There is no opportunity to farm Ensnaring Gaze at this moment because the update must be applied in the game. Nonetheless, this saves heft loads of time.

Farm New and Existing Materials in Natlan

Aside from Vayuda Turquoise, the leaks also point to Chasca using a Local Specialty called Withering Purpurbloom. As it will be an addition to the new Natlan region, players can't pre-farm for this material. However, do take an eye out for Natlan's new areas when the patch goes live. With a 48-hour respawn timer, players must collect 168 of these to fully ascend Chasca, meaning farming this resource will be laborious and time-consuming.

Pre-Farming Enemy Materials

Leaked details also said that Chasca will need Juvenile Fang, Seasoned Fang, and Tyrant's Fang for her Ascension and Talent upgrade, ScreenRant finds. These materials would probably be farmed from scattered wild Saurians all over Natlan. Given that enemy drops in this case are already accessible, players should prepare the early gathering to avoid a wave of farming demands after the patch.

Preparing for Chasca's Talent Materials

In addition to this, players will also need to gather Talent materials to fully power up Chasca's capabilities. The leaks claim that Chasca's Talent books are Teachings of Conflict, Guide to Conflict, and Philosophies of Conflict.

You can get these in the Blazing Ruins Domain in Coatepec Mountain, Natlan. It is only available on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. So, pre-farm these for you to already have enough copies in time for her release and to max out her talents.

Another important material for Chasca's Talents is the Silken Feather, dropped from the Knave boss. The weekly boss only drops a few materials, and since you are not sure to get the Silken Feather, you would have to use Dream Solvent to convert other boss material drops into the one that you want. You will only need 18 of these to max out her talents, but farming the needed number may take weeks.

Crown of Insight for Final Talent Upgrades

To cap off Chasca's Talent upgrades, players will need three Crown of Insight items. Rarities for the items are gathered, as a rule, from time-bound events or reputation systems, thereby becoming one of the harder resources to collect. Lucky for gamers, they can purchase the Crown of Insight in-game from the Starglitter Exchange, Paimon's Bargains.
