The upcoming iPhone 7 is touted to sport enhanced specs and features like the revamped home screen button and lack of a headphone jack.
Mirror reported that the latest leaked pictures released by the smartphone repair company GeekBar teased that the iPhone 7 will consist of a pressure-sensitive home button, which will provide the users with haptic feedback similar to the Android devices.
Furthermore, there are rumors that the new iPhone might also sport LED option on the front panel of the device. GMS Arena reported that the leaked assembly instructions images from one of the Apple's manufacturing plants listed strobe lens and LED option. Reports claimed that the inclusion of LED on the front might refer to the selfie camera flash functionality.
Moreover, the leaked images of the upcoming iPhone 7 hinted that it will not include the headphone jack. Also, the new addition to the device is the dual-lens camera, which will provide the users with better low-light functionality, and also allow them to capture more detailed photos. Besides, the Apple device is also expected to consist of two external speakers along the revamped antenna lines.
It is also stated that the True Tone technology found on the iPad Pro device will make its debut on the iPhone series, which will enable the users to modify the color temperature of the display in order to match the ambient light.
Meanwhile, the latest rumors hinted that the release date of the Apple iPhone 7 is set for September 7, 2016. "The MacBook Pros aren't likely to debut at an event currently scheduled for Sept. 7 to introduce next-generation versions of the iPhone," wrote Mark Gurman at Bloomberg.
This news is stated to be in tune with the claims made by famous leaker Evan Blass, who said last month that the technology giant will start selling the new iPhone on September 16 and the pre-orders will start a week earlier.
