Money makes the world go round, or so they say. As with all other video games, having a decent amount of cash, or units, is also essential to your space adventures in open-world game "No Man's Sky."

Here are some tips and tricks on how to make a quick buck in "No Man's Sky."

Crafting Bypass Chips

One tip that was shared by Polygon is to farm for lots of plutonium and iron in the game. However, selling them in their pure form will not earn you a lot of units. Crafting them into Bypass Chips would be a much better option.

Most of the players may have already crafted a lot of these babies and are using them as intended, on signal scanners and landing pads. Upon closer inspection though, these Bypass Chips will sell for approximately 3,700, and in effect multiplies the value of your hard earned materials.

Search For Planets That Yield Trade Commodities

Another useful tip came from gaming Youtuber Arekkz. According to him, there are planets in "No Man's Sky" that is rich in trade commodities, items that can be sold in trading posts for a lot units.

Be on the lookout, as grabbing these trade commodities will attract Sentinels, who will do everything in their power to stop you. So get those commodities as fast as you can and head back to the nearest trading post to sell your spoils.

Pirating

As Twinfinite has shared, another way to make big money in "No Man's Sky" is to turn into space pirates.

Players can attack other traders' space ships to get their cargo and sell them for units. You can also get Titanium for destroying the ships.

Again, this is something that the Sentinels can get you for, so watch out for them.
