Nintendo shared a glimpse of its new RPG that its team is collaborating with developer Grezzo during the E3 2016, which will be exclusive for 3DS, entitled "Ever Oasis," according to Engadget.
The game's storyline and setting were based on ancient Egypt. It also depicted a fantasy world disrupted into a desert, where players can build their own town and ambush dungeons together with other players in the game.
3DS console players will be playing a character named Tethu, who explores the deserted world to find item in a goal to build an oasis and restore its wildlife environment, reported by VentureBeat.
Nintendo's upcoming game "Ever Oasis" will feature RPG attributes to the 3DS platform as the character explores the surroundings, battle against enemies, join a party with other players and solve puzzles along the way. There will also be an option to choose Tethu's gender to be male or female, according to VG247.
Meanwhile, it's Koichi Ishii who pioneered the video game studio, Grezzo in 2007. He was also known for his creation at Square Enix titled "Sceret of Mana" and gave contributions to the early "The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes" installment before he left the company and started his own.
Furthermore, Grezzo also partnered with the Japanese company in porting "Majora's Mask" and "Ocarina of Time" into the 3DS platform.
Nintendo initially announced that during the E3 conference, the spotlight would be focused on "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" demo. However, they brought more games than expected.
Nintendo also introduced "Pokémon Sun and Moon" as well as an event set up for "Pokémon Go" fans in an Q&A session with their developers.
Although the Nintendo didn't reveal much information about the RPG game for 3DS, fans have to wait for the "Ever Oasis" release date to be announced.
