Ubisoft confirmed "The Division: Underground" release date along with two upcoming DLC packs this year.
It was verified during the company's press conference that the new DLC will be available for Xbox One consoles on June 28 and will be released a month later for PC and PS4.
Furthermore, the latest content will bring more loots and new features. It will also showcase an eponymous mode, which allows agents to utilize tunnels, subways and sewers randomly, according to Ubisoft Blog.
Prior to "The Division: Underground" release date, the DLC will feature a bigger Dragon's Nest compared to the previous installment updates. Players may found new enemies in form of Cleaners that will be located in the Hell's Kitchen. They will be challenged to wipe out these front liners in a mission to eliminate the virus in New York.
PC, PS4 and Xbox One users will be getting a new patch on June 28 along with the challenge availability for Queen's Tunnel and Hudson Yard. Difficulty settings for Clear Sky, Falcon lost and other missions with a challenge mode will be integrated.
Meanwhile, another expansion titled "Survival" will be integrated into PC and PS4 platforms on Aug. 2. The survival-based and second DLC pack of the game will feature to be a "completely new way to play the game," reported IGN.
As the new trailer was revealed during the event, the gameplay will let players experience how to overcome and survive to changing dangerous weathers as well as hunting for food.
It was also revealed that the third DLC titled "Last Stand" will be released in winter this year.
On the other hand, Ubisoft will launch the content first on Xbox One due to their recent partnership with Microsoft, while pre-downloads will be available on June 25.
In celebration of the company's 30th anniversary, "The Division: Underground" players will get three full outfits depicting Ghost Recon Wildlands, Rainbow Six Siege and Splinter Cell on its release date.
