The week before the Electronic Entertainment Expo is always a hectic time for gamers and journalists alike. With a lot of rumors, new announcements, and a lot more floating around, it can sometimes be too much to take in all at once.

Here's some of the E3 news the internet has revealed so far.

Game Announcements and Release Dates

A lot of release dates were dropped this week, starting off with the recently revealed "Watch Dogs 2". Ubisoft has been keeping mum about the details of their hacking game despite all the leaks, and the game developer has now made the dates official. It's coming out on November 15.

NetherRealms has also announced its latest "Injustice" sequel following the promotional poster leaks this week, according to the Playstation Blog.

The release date for "Persona 5" was also revealed this week, with hopefully a final date of February 14. The JRPG is not the only game which got delayed, with "Yooka-Laylee" moved from October and PS4-exclusive "Horizon: Zero Dawn" moved to February next year.

New Consoles

Both Sony and Microsoft are rumored to be working on a new console for E3. Sony's PS4 Neo is rumored to be much powerful than the launch PS4, and is compatible with the Playstation VR. Microsoft, on the other hand, is rumored to have not one, but two machines in development. One is rumored to be a slimmer Xbox One, and another is nicknamed Scorpio, rumored to be Xbox Two.

Nintendo, on the other hand, has already confirmed that its new Nintendo NX console will not make an appearance at E3, according to Gamespot.

More Game Rumors

There are a lot of rumors about possible game releases, and Bethesda Softworks probably get the most number of rumors to date.

Multiple game sites, including Gamesradar reported that a remastered "Skyrim" will be presented at E3 this year. The game developer is also reportedly bringing out sequels of "The Evil Within", "Prey" and "Wolfenstein".

Capcom is also rumored to bring out "Resident Evil 7" at E3, which fans have been waiting for for a long time.

The week is not over yet, and fans should expect a lot more info over the weekend. Maybe there will also be a few surprises on E3 itself.
