"The Witcher 3" has been receiving praises as an excellent game with a rich storyline and colorful characters to interact with. The latest and final expansion, "Blood and Wine," is no different.

Like other RPG games, the outcome of the story depends heavily on your decisions, hence bringing you multiple endings. Here we cover the three different endings of Blood and Wine, and how to get them. Major spoilers ahead, so proceed with caution.

Ending One: The Tragic End

If you want to avoid sad endings, it's best not to do anything that's stated on this guide, but if you're the completionist (or if you like sad endings), then read on.

During "The Night of Long Fangs" quest, track Damien's unit down, then proceed to the "Beyond Hill and Dale" quest. Obtain Syanna's ribbon from Flint, and during "Blood Simple" inform Regis about your changed decision.

Another way is to track Orianna instead of Damien, move to the "Blood Simple" quest, then proceed to "What Lies Unseen".

This is called tragic end because both Syanna and Anna Henrietta will die if you choose to follow this path.

Ending Two: Geralt Serves Time

As the title implies, this path will send Geralt to jail, but don't worry, because your trusty bard pal will save you. Syanna will also die here, however, Anna lives, albeit grieving the loss of her sister.

Follow through "The Night of Long Fangs" quest (tracking down either Damien or Orianna). If you choose to follow Damien, do not get the ribbon from Flint. If you choose to follow Orianna, follow the instructions mentioned above for the "Blood Simple" quest.

This will lead you to the "Burlap Is The New Stripe" quest, leading to Syanna's death.

Ending Three: The Happy Ending

Happy endings are always the best endings. Both Syanna and Anna lives, and puts aside their differences. To obtain this ending, you have to do a bit of work.

Start with "The Night of Long Fangs" quest. Go after Syanna, and make sure you read all the entries in the journal. Grab Syanna's ribbon from Flint afterwards. From here, speak to Syanna in her cell. During the "Pomp and Strange Circumstance" quest, talk to the fifth victim, and unlock additional dialogue with Syanna after completing the optional objective.

Before the ceremony, go back and talk to Syanna (do not talk to Damien before doing this). Here are the options you need to go with:

  1. Cause she turned her back on you, forgot about you.
  2. Ever thought to forgive her?
  3. Might ask her that.

This will encourage Syanna to forgive her sister. Once that's done, talk to Damien and tell him about Syanna's true motives. This will give you access to the ceremony. While talking to Anna, tell her about Syanna's plan as well. No matter what you do, do not shift the blame. The sisters will forgive each other, and thus they both live.
