Microsoft's E3 2016 will introduce a new console, more features, additional upgrades and Virtual Reality integration.
It was revealed that the company's new console, Xbox One Slim will be released this years and a revamped version of it named Scorpio will follow its availability by 2017, according to Gaming Bolt.
Meanwhile, the company allegedly planned to take the lead when it comes to console gaming against Sony. While their competitor managed to build PS4 Neo, they still received a lot of attention with regards to their console's new versions.
It was reported that the PS4 Neo was developed with a 4K gaming compatibility along with an improved VR support. Thus, Microsoft intended to make their console close to a PC-like ability by enhancing its hardware components, reported by International Business Times.
On the other hand, an information leaked right before the Microsoft E3 2016 press event revealing that their upgraded consoles will have a first party support. Although there's not much information about its release, the action will open the doors for new games such as Halo Wars 2, Gears of War 4, Scalebound, ReCore, Sea of Thieves and Crackdown 3.
While there's only few details available from the company's official website, some gamers noticed that Virtual Reality technology might take a huge part for their upgrades. The rumor started as fans saw that there are currently four VR developers on their page.
Furthermore, company has been looking forward in bringing Oculus Rift for Xbox One through a collaboration with its owners. As of the moment, they are working on a reality augmented headset called HoloLens instead of VRs.
Last year, the American multinational technology company released a number of updates like, Xbox 360 games backwards compatibility, party chat servers and an overhauled UI. This year, fans are expecting bigger updates and a possibility for a rumored Xbox One and Windows 10 integration.
Fans need wait patiently until the Microsoft E3 2016 officially starts on June 13 at 9:30 a.m. PDT or 12:30 p.m. EDT through the Official Xbox Twitch channel, according to Tech Times.
