Apple recently announced the winner of a $10,000 gift certificate. The prize went to Chinese customer Chunli Fu of Qingdao, China, who downloaded the 25 billionth application from the App Store on March 3. The tech giant also released listy of the top all-time paid and free apps for iPhone and iPad.

On the top of App Store’s all-time paid apps for iPhone list was the popular game of Angry Birds, an app that costs only $0.99 but will gain your soul forever. The highly popular game is available on almost all possible platforms, on tablets, smartphones or PCs and consists in firing little birds to kill greedy, green pigs and collect Golden Eggs.

Apple Store’s most downloaded free app for iPhone was, by far, the Facebook social network, while the most popular paid iPad application was Pages with a value of $9.99. As for the top free iPad app, Angry Birds HD Free hit the podium once more.

Other top paid iPhone applications downloaded were Fruit Ninja, Doodle Jump, Cut The Rope, Angry Birds Seasons, Words With Friends and Tiny Wings, while the top free apps included Pandora Radio, Skype, The Weather Channel, Google Search, Google Earth and Shazam.
