Amazon now has the AT&T Nokia Lumia 1520 phablet for $100 off its regular pricing, selling the device for just $99.99 on-contract.

The Nokia Lumia 1520 is Nokia's very first phablet, as well as the first phablet running Microsoft's Windows Phone mobile operating system. The device sports a massive 6-inch display and some neat Nokia-exclusive functionality, including the much-touted PureView camera technology.

In the U.S., the new Nokia Lumia 1520 phablet is an exclusive to AT&T. Under the hood, the supersized smartphone packs a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.2GHz and paired with 2GB of RAM. The Lumia 1520 comes with 16GB of internal storage capacity, with a microSD card slot for additional memory of up to 32GB.

Other specs include a high-end 20-megapixel camera with Nokia's PureView technology, Carl Zeiss optics, optical image stabilization (OIS), and enhanced settings and imaging features.
