Samsung is releasing Android updates for its many of the devices in many countries, but one thing people are eagerly waiting across the world is the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update for Samsung Galaxy S3.

Although no official date is announced about the release of the firmware update by the company, a research done by SamMobile shows that Samsung is almost done with the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update for Samsung Galaxy S3.

According to a SamMobile report, the company has not listed some countries and carriers for the update.

The unlisted countries and carriers are given below:

The report has also listed the improvements which the Galaxy S3 devices will be getting with the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update.

Late last month, an XDA developer leaked the Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean test firmware for Samgsung Galaxy S3 which was received by many people.

There are also rumors that Samsung will be releasing the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update somewhere after the release of its upcoming smartphone Galaxy S4.

As the release of Samsung Galaxy S4 around the corner, we are still not sure that the rumors are talking about the unboxing event or the actual public release.

However, as the report of Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update comes from highly reliable source, you should keep your Galaxy S3 device ready for update and keep checking the update OTA.
