Dragon Age 3 is one of the most anticipated video games, the first two titles were fantastic, with the second game being a little toned down for newcomers to the series. Nevertheless, with Dragon Age 3, developer BioWare is looking to mix the best of Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age 2 in a single pack.
Not too long ago it was reported that the next Dragon Age game will be called Dragon Age 3: Inquisition, which led to gamers speculating if the game would take place after the events of what happened at Kirkwall.
For those unfamiliar with the game, Dragon Age 2 began during the events of Dragon Age: Origins. It centers around the life of Hawke, who is the protagonist, and his travels throughout the city of Kirkwall. All hell broke loose with the Qunari, Mages, and Templars; it is up to Hawke and his companions to set things right in the city. As with game of this genre, things never really occur in an expected way and there are plenty of surprises which the gamer will encounter.
The ending of Dragon Age 2 was a huge cliffhanger, which is the reasons gamers are expecting Dragon Age 3 story to follow on the ending of the previous game.
BioWare did not specify if gamers will get the chance to see Hawke again. However, one thing is certain, he won't be the main character in the new game. The main character will be an Inquisitor, which leaves one to believe that demons will play a greater role in Dragon Age 3. Inquisitors are known for their skills in taking down demons, so either a portal has opened releasing demons into the world, or someone of something is controlling them.
While enthusiasts await the next game, they can feast their eyes on Dragon Age 3: Inquisition Concept Art, which BioWare has released.
