Pokemon Go fans are about to be hyped up again because Niantic Labs is set to have another event. Worldwide Bloom is set to lure Pokemon catchers, giving them increase spawn rates for Grass-type Pokemon.

Niantic may catch Pokemon Go fans in surprise for this event but the developer will soon end the Pokemon Go Worldwide Bloom event this coming May 8, giving players just one weekend to go outside and catch these types of Pokemon. With this short period of time given, players can catch creatures such as Bulbasaur, Chikorita, Ivysaur, Venusaur and many others across all areas.

Pokemon catchers might also take a grip on Bellossom and Celebi on this Worldwide Bloom event, however, the possibility is too little for Celebi is really known to be rare while Bellossom needs the Sun Store, which is just newly launched, to make it evolve from Gloom, Express stated. After the water festival, which allowed players to catch various Pokemon that are water-types, the Worldwide Bloom event is the second elemental-themed event held by Niantic, MIC reported.

If in the previous water festival, Niantic introduced rare and shiny Pokemon like Magikarp, fans are also anticipating what rarity the developer would introduce this time. In the official Twitter account of Pokemon, the company posted the morning of May 5 that trainers should look out for more Grass-type Pokemon this weekend.

In addition, Lure Modules will last for six hours within the weekend to give Pokemon Go players more chance to catch their favorite Grass-type Pokemon. Niantic also encourages players to document their hunt for the Pokemon by activating their Pokemon Go AR camera. Then it can be shared on social media using this hashtag #PokemonGO. Pokemon Go, as it is now known as an event-driven game, Niantic is doing the right thing in filling in some gaps between their bigger real-world holidays events through some limited format like this Worldwide Bloom.

When the school year starts, the developer is more likely to held events that would lure school children to play outside, Forbes reported. For more details of Pokemon Go Worldwide Bloom event, Niantic provided information on its official blog.
