OnePlus5 renders have been recently leaked. The latest confirms that the device will run on Snapdragon 835, will have 8GB of Ram and will sport a 23-megapixel camera.
It is possibly an indicator, that a certain device is on its way to being released when leaks about renders are prevalent. It appears that OnePlus 5 has been subject to a lot of these lately. Earlier, there were heavy speculations about the device's processor, camera, and RAM. However, the recent leaked renders further confirmed these details.
In the previous leaks, we learned that OnePlus 5 would have a high screen-to-body ratio and a full-screen display. It will have a curved display with a virtual home button. There were also several leaks claiming that the flagship device will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor just like Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus. Gizmo China claimed that it is not only galaxy and OnePlus 5 that will run on SD 835 but the Xiaomi Mi6 as well.
India Today reported that OnePlus 5 would be released with a Quad HD 2K display and 8Gb of RAM. In addition, it will have a 5.5-inch display and 3,000-mAh battery. Aside from those, it is also anticipated to feature Qualcomm Quick Charge. Moreover, the flagship killer will run on Android 7.1 Nougat operating system. There were other claims that the device will get the Android O update despite not being pre-installed with it at launch.
In terms of its camera, the upcoming device is expected to flaunt the 23-megapixel rear camera and 16-megapixel front-facing camera claiming to deliver the best photo taking experience. In some leaks, it was shown that the device would sport a dual camera setup at the back vertically configured for depth capturing.
OnePlus 5 allegedly would be available in the second quarter of 2017. Most likely it will be sold at around $439 for the 64Gb variant and $479 for the 128 GB variant.
