"The Elder Scrolls Online" Homestead expansion first came out for PC users in February 6. The said expansion has again been released in February 21, this time for PS4 and Xbox One.
The Homestead expansion is a free add-on that allows players to purchase all manners of living spaces. It also enables them to customize their homes. Note that the homes in "The Elder Scrolls Online" are instanced, so players need not compete with other plans to secure a plot of land.
According to GameSpot, there are approximately 40 various options available in Homestead that players can finally call their own. It ranges from a small room at an inn to a huge manor and estates that have broad outdoor areas. Players can even buy an island.
What's more interesting is that each one is themed around one of "Elder Scrolls'" 10 races. There aren't any restrictions on who can purchase which one. Players should note that they can own more than one. However, they can only buy one of each type and that they will all be shared across the player's account.
As soon as players acquire their homes, HardcoreGamer says that they can customize their homes with over 2,000 various pieces of furniture and decorations. These include chairs, books, lights, beds, paintings and much more. Such items can be bought or crafted and then freely positioned wherever they wish. Additionally, crafted items can then be sold to other players. Most items can be bought with Crowns or gold. All players will receive a free home as soon as the update launches by completing a tutorial quest.
In other news, "The Elder Scrolls Online" Morrowind expansion will be released in June 6, 2017. The new expansion will see players go back to the enormous mushroom-stewn landscape of North-eastern Tamriel. The expansion will include the first new class since the game was launched, called Warden.
