Fans are tense as the second half of "Teen Wolf" Season 6 spells the end of the series about Scott's ever-changing and growing wolf pack. Viewers who have eagerly tuned in to the MTV show will also be seeing some old faces in the last few episodes of "Teen Wolf."

According to TV Line, the abrupt ending of the last episode of "Teen Wolf" Season 6A was a "planned thing." The show's producer, Jeff Davis, shared that they didn't want to end the first half of the show's last season to end on a cliffhanger. He said, "You get a little tired of cliffhangers. They start to seem a bit perfunctory, like too much salesmanship."

Davis was careful not to spoil too much about "Teen Wolf" Season 6B, but he did tell TV Line that it will feature the return of some "people you haven't seen in a long time." Last December, it was revealed that Scott's father will be returning in Season 6B.

The "Teen Wolf" producer shared that Agent McCall's return was necessary since viewers will soon see "the city of Beacon Hills thrown into a bit of a chaotic state, so he comes back as an FBI agent first and a dad second." There have been no details about his reaction to Melissa and Argent's budding relationship.

The remaining episodes will also focus on Malia and Peter's relationship and if the latter can ever "truly redeem himself" of if he is stuck as an eternal bad guy in the lives of Scott and the other people of Beacon Hills. The upcoming episodes will also focus on Mason, and in his role in Scott's pack. Davis shared, "Mason is the smartest kid in the group, probably on par with Lydia. You'll see a lot more of him in 6B."

In a separate report, Davis previously also talked to Hollywood Life about "Teen Wolf" Season 6B. It has been confirmed that Season 6B will have a "very compressed timeline" spanning only several weeks. Davis also teased that they also have plans to shoot scenes with Lydia and Scott that "involves a certain character," and it will be set somewhere "that is not a college but like it."
