If latest reports are to be believed, Bethesda is hiring a 3D Animator for "The Elder Scrolls 6," something they should have done ages ago. The 3D Animator is being hired for high-quality in-game animations. A job posting on ZeniMax Media Inc has divulged details on the job responsibilities. Fans believe that the studio is secretly gearing up to develop the next game in the vast, popular RPG franchise. The posting is for Bethesda's Montreal studio. The 3D Animator will create and implement gameplay animations.
He will work closely with artists, producers, programmers and designers. The Animator will have to meet technical constraints by optimizing the high-quality animations. However, GamingBolt believes that the job posting is not necessarily for "The Elder Scrolls 6." Animations in "The Elder Scrolls" games including "Skyrim" failed to impress gamers and at times were also laughed at. The series requires major upgrades to its graphics mechanism. Hiring a 3D Animator could the first step in the right direction.
Fans will have to wait a long time before "The Elder Scrolls 6" hits the market. Despite fans demanding next-gen remakes of older "The Elder Scrolls" games such as "Oblivion" and "Morrowind," Bethesda has officially stated that it will not be making any more remakes. Fans are also excited about "Skyrim" being released on Nintendo Switch, possibly on March 3. Note that the aforementioned reports should be taken with a pinch of salt as the game developer has not confirmed or denied this information yet.
But if, in fact, the listing is indeed for the "The Elder Scrolls 6", then fans could be more than excited. The "Morrowind" expansion will make its debut on June 6th for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Stay tuned on Mobile & Apps for more updates on "The Elder Scrolls 6."
