Infinity Ward and Activision have released a fresh update for the "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" this weekend. The latest patch comes with tons of fixes along with new game modes, gameplay improvements and new content for the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game.
Major changes were made to the base of Zombies in the "Spaceland" and "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" Zombies. Right now, these are the only available chapter on Xbox One and PC as the next episode of the Undead is expected to arrive by March.
This is a result of 30-day exclusive deal between Sony PlayStation and Activision. So, here are some of the new contents from the update:
From Feb.3 up to Feb. 10, the game is getting a Demolition Game Mode. On the other hand, the Double Key Weekend was held Feb. 3-6 for the COD title. It also added Hardcore Sabotage Moshpit in DLC tab, Sabotage TDM in DLC tab and kept a Sabotage Moshpit playlist in DLC tab.
As for the game's general fixes and weapons tweaks, the new update fixed an issue where the new trait would not work when switching from one trait to another in the course of round based modes. The glitch is fixed where players are able to reach an area of the map that is out of bounds on Dominion.
The kill requirement for a single shot of the Gravity Vortex for the Rig body unlock challenge is reduced from 3 to 2. Phase Shift cooldown is now increased from 60s to 90s. The Rewind cooldown is now increased from 60s to 90s and Overdrive cooldown is now increased from 70s to 90s while Gravity Vortex cooldown is reduced from 310s to 290s.
Hailstorm is now decreased in its fire time between bursts, and there is a slight increase in its damage range. DMC-8 damage and damage range is slightly increased and Howitzer Direct Impact kills is now fixed as well.
