Samsung Galaxy S8 is expected to be a tech marvel and bring with a plethora of power-packed features and specs like never before. While it will be interesting to see how much of it is true, and how Samsung will win back its customers after the Galaxy Note 7 disaster, it will most-definitely face the toughest competition from Apple iPhone 8 and Google Pixel 2 among a few others. The Galaxy S8 won't be released at the MWC 2017 though a 60-second video is likely to be shared by Samsung.

According to SlashGear, Samsung Galaxy S8 rumors have gone into an overdrive as more and more leaks get reported online. It is impossible to say which leaks are legitimate and hence, leaks by known tipster Evan Blass can be considered having some truth behind them. Recently, official cases of the Samsung Galaxy S8 handset were leaked and they more or less confirm the images shared by Blass. The shifted fingerprint scanner is already causing a bit of an uproar as fans wonder, how placing the scanner at the side of the rear camera setup, helps.

Experts believe that such a placement is cumbersome and harder for the finger to reach. The leaked case renders also show borders around the edges of the Samsung Galaxy S8 handset. This has fuelled rumors that fans will find a flat screen that won't go down to the sides. The Galaxy S8 is expected to be 90 percent screen with minimal bezels at the top and the bottom. A cut out on the right side, as shown by the leaked images, confirms that the Samsung flagship will have a dedicated button for its virtual assistant Bixby.

The lock/unlock button, relocated with the fingerprint sensor at the rear, has been replaced by the Bixby button. The Samsung Galaxy S8 is expected to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset, 64/128GB internal storage, 4/6GB RAM and a host of other specs.
