"Fear the Walking Dead" will be guesting Emma Caufield on Season 3 of "The Walking Dead" spinoff. The former "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" star will add a fresh face to the trending show.

According to TVLine, AMC confirmed Caufield's casting. However, the network has not revealed the length of her stint. Several sources have hinted that she could be cast as a villain. Her role has not been publicly divulged by the network.

Fans and followers of the show believe her appearance might affect Nick and Luciana. Aside from "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," Caufield also played several roles on other TV shows. She was Susan in "Beverly Hills 90210" and the Blind Witch in "Once Upon a Time."

In other news, "Fear the Walking Dead" Season 2's dramatics on one of the show's favorite characters might just be a tease. The ending of "Fear the Walking Dead" last season worried many fans over Luciana's fate. On a Reddit thread about "The Walking Dead" spinoff, Danay Garcia talks about her role in Season 3.

She revealed that she still has a big role and that the next show will be a "complete different ball game." Season 3 will focus on the "massive resentment" towards the militants. Last season's finale came to conclusion with the militants killing her colleagues.

Garcia also talked about the militants and said: "they took over our existence." She added that she is very interested in seeing how she is going to deal with the new situation.

The actress also revealed that there will be switching of roles in "Fear the Walking Dead" Season 3. Garcia told Comic Book that she will have "to follow somebody else's rules.
