BioWare and Electronic Arts' "Mass Effect: Andromeda" courageously ousted a slew of characters in favor of a brand new beginning and never-before-seen faces. Following the bold move, new crew profiles have made their way on the game's website, shedding more light on the human members of the Pathfinder Team boarded on Ark Hyperion.

So, who will be the players' friends and foes in the upcoming third-person shooter video game? For those unaware, the player can either play as Scott or Sara Ryder, whose appearance, names, as well as the backstory, can be modified based on the player's personal preference.

Their father, Alec, will also be making an appearance and his return will fully adjust to any modifications made by the player. Alec starts as the Pathfinder -- an excelling hero diplomat frondeur who is sent to Andromeda and has been assigned the task of ferreting out a new home, according to Eurogamer.

The game eventually compels the player to take the helm of the entire mission, leaving the player with a new spaceship base dubbed, the Tempest new races to encounter and a brand new crew to collect. Let's take a look at all of them:

The Ryders

The Ryder siblings, Sara and Scott will appear in Andromeda's story irrespective of who the player picks to play as. However, the other twin will make only a few appearances.

In former times, Scott was part of the Alliance military while Sara, on the other hand, spent her time learning about the Prothean race in the Milky Way, which is her home. The player can still readjust both characters' recent history at the start of the game.

Liam

One of the player's two starting squadmates, Liam Kosta arrived in Andromeda boarded on the human ark Hyperion. He is a crisis response specialist who has also undergone civilian tactical training. Deemed as an idealist, Liam's briefing suggests he is a big admirer of his "overclocked dual omni-blades," and fancies using his jump jet to recklessly jump over into the battle, GameSpot reported.

Cora

Cora Harper will be the player's second starting squadmate along with Liam. In the recently rolled out cinematic trailer of the game, Cora is seen kissing Scott Ryder.

Peebee

She's an asari and has regularly appeared in the game's marketing as well as trailers. BioWare has said that Peebee is just a nickname. She arrives in the game after bumping into Ryder early in Andromeda's story. She boasts some considerable experience in the alien galaxy.

Drack

There's no word regarding at what stage Drack joins the player's squad; however, he is shown to be on-side in last year's gameplay footage. Aside from that, the other crew members include Vetra, a female turian and Jaal, who is a member of the new angara race.

BioWare has a slew of other aces up its sleeve and more pieces of information are likely to surface online ahead of "Mass Effect Andromeda's" March 23 launch. Watch this space for more "New Mass Effect: Andromeda" related news and updates!
