In a developer preview of the Android Wear 2.0, Google allowed users to experience how iOS support will work for the operating system. Fans are also looking forward to the other improvements that this update will introduce.

iOS support and features

PC World reported that the update will have iOS support to allow iPhone users to enjoy the features of this operating system. Watches paired with iOS devices, but run on Android wear will also be able to do tasks like opening web pages with the help of an iPhone.

In addition, Wired said that aside from pairing Android watches with an iPhone, owners can also install applications from Play Store. The interaction by the watch and the iPhone is almost similar to the process in the Apple Watch.
