Rockstar Games' highly anticipated "Grand Theft Auto VI" has been getting a lot of speculations circulating online although the developer has yet to confirm these details. The franchise now has five installments where the last one was indeed successful that has sold over 20 million copies worldwide.

The following are the expected features that will come with the game but these features are yet to be confirmed by Rockstar Games. However, these appear to be liable, according to Neurogadget.

Female Hero
When Rockstar Games introduced more than one protagonist in "Grand Theft Auto V" with Franklin, Trevor and Michael, the upcoming installment is expected to bring in a bigger change of protagonist. Its main character is expected to be female, which is highly possible to happen as Rockstar has gained average flak as to how women are being portrayed in its games.

New Location
"Grand Theft Auto VI" is reportedly to have a brand new map as Rockstar Games has changed its traditional US city location and moved everything to a foreign place. Tokyo and London are the two main contenders as these cities both fit the game's crime theme.

Launch Date
There is not enough assurance of the upcoming installment's release date since Rockstar is a huge company with other projects that need its attention and not just the "Grand Theft Auto" franchise. Rockstar has just announced that "Red Dead Redemption 2" will be launched in the fall and GTA fans might have to wait a little longer until its launch date. Hopefully, it won't be that long though.

It's been more than three years now since fans got their hands on a GTA franchise and according to a report, fans may have to wait at least until 2020 for the next GTA entry to come out. With regard to an official trailer, there isn't one just yet and as mentioned, Rockstar has been silent about the next GTA installment.
